Cassandra Jones, Alex Bader and Christen Voyles each earned all-Bay Valley Conference honors when the BVC coaches met over the weekend.
Cassandra, a freshman, is one of the state leaders in 3-pointers made. She was Solano’s leading scorer with 13.1 points per game. She also shot 37 percent from the 3-point line.
Alex, a sophomore who transferred from Linfield College in Oregon, played out of position most of the season at point guard, but was Solano’s leader on the court. She averaged 7.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. She was 11th in the state in assists.
Christen, a redshirt freshman who played two seasons ago at Solano, was an emotional leader for the Falcons. The forward’s versatility was extremely valuable to the team. She averaged 8.5 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
Christen and Alex were also named to the academic all-BVC team for their hard work in the classroom this fall.
